Sooo... recently through my wanderings across the interwebs, I came across this little gem of a 'story' on metroidhat.com... www.metroidhat.com/epicness/storytime.htmlAnd the idea, to me, is made of win win win... and I was wondering whether anyone would be interested in playing some sort of similar game if I was to supply the pictures, admittedly at a much lower quality than Eyes5 supplied for the original, holy zombie Jesus they get good by the end. So yes, thoughts, anyone? Also I wasn't sure whether this should go in roleplaying or just general gaming... so someone please feel free to correct me.

That was a really cool story. It was nice to see the author go with some of the more wild suggestions. Although I'm not sure what happened with the hair...
I thought of doing something similar here a while back (without the pictures, though), as an attempt to get back into writing.
If you want to do this, go ahead. I'll join in. It seems like an interactive story to me, and I figure story-like things go in Roleplaying. It's more of a story than a game, I think, and it's interactive so it doesn't go in Creativity. But whichever works.

Okay! I'ma going to give this a go! If no one has any objections this thread may now transform into the 'questions and rules thread'. The idea of storytime, just to lay down the rules as I see them for people who want a summary, is that I will begin the gme by setting out a very brief scenario with an accompanying picature, and others may then suggest actions for the player character, from which I will choose one or two (if they are along a similar vein) to continue the story and produce another set of pictures. Occasionally I may suggest options for the character (will you; a) fight the viking, b) kill the monkey etc etc.) but probably not very often as I can see that getting old quickly. Updates may be incredibly sporadic depending on how many people reply and how often I can be bothered to do the illustrations. Credit given to www.metroidhat.com for originating this idea.

Are we allowed more than one suggestion? Because I want to ask "you" to figure out how you ever managed to eat with no mouth.

Ask away, of course apparently I get to choose which suggestion I take so I might not necessarily accept whatever you say...
