You have done a good job in naming the board. Our forefathers would have had to settle for a less punarithic name and the misery it would have cause would have been unbearable.

Aha. ahaahah. But aside from the pun X Japan did do the ending for the (crap) movie, and with the er.. emotional themes of the anime, its vaguely appropriate!

Of course, I forgot that. Did they use the song Forever Love or was it another one?

yep, the board was named after X Japan's anthemic Forever Love, played as the ending to the X Movie. I didn't mean it to mean anything else, I just thought it was kinda appropriate, and you guys know how much I love X Japan. Not sure what this other pun is... (although I think I can guess if it involves two particular bishies?). All together now! Mou hitori de arukenai, toki no kaze ga tsuyosugite... Random interesting fact of the day. Were hide still with us, he would have had his 40th birthday last year! Quite difficult to imagine! Here's to hide! I best go before I start ranting about his excellence hiiiiiiiiiiiiide!

he did love his pink pink spider, no less! he had black hair in a video once (eyes love you), and i thought it just looked so weird! he was also the only man i can think of who wore luminous pink hair in a luminous pink suit, playing a yellow guitar with love hearts all over it, and made it look so damn cool! such a tragic loss to music

I think he is probably the only person in the world who could do that not the only guy. How do J-pop stars get away with such strange tastes and still look cool?

there are some extreme styles out there that really look impossible to pull off. kishidan are my fave example of that at the moment, because most people when they see them think they must be rubbish. but those nay-sayers are so so wrong and are losing out on one of the best j-rock bands around; outlandish pompadours bring back the spirit of rock and roll! exhibit a : csx.jp/~revemix/kishidan_0.jpg

They also bring back the spirit of Regency England. Ahh, to be a foppish dandy. I'd be the toast of Old London Town with my eccentric hair, fragant perfume and dynamic trousers.
But anyway, yeah, Japan is the only country in the world where you can have a fluffy bouffant, and still be thought a monster of rock. ;D
