It's cool, although I have to surf hair one and its not much different, just a bit stronger. Smells the same.

I always quite liked the look of spike in cowboy bebop, but that's just sort of messed up, nothing specific
always considered a mohican cool as a child, but has too much of a punk conotation about it
anything too garish looks a bit eighties, it's a tough one
incidentally I'm trying to comb my new beard into two distinct spikes
failing that there is a tempation to just do some kind of silly curly spike thing
damn, wish I'd watched more anime
the tough bit with styling is you really need some heavy duty stuff to get the desired effect for big styles, that's why I'm considering buying a tub

if you're going to go with crazy hair, you could do a lot worse than early x-japan style (http://www.x-japan.de/gallery/toshi/toshi_03.jpg). yes, that is his own hair, with a ridiculous amount of spray!
